Design of the bulb face disperses heat and light over a much wider area than the standard spot lamps.

Halogen lamps are far more efficient than traditional incandescent lamps, this 80w lamp will give the same heat as its equivalent 120w incandescent lamp.

please note these are basking and heat lamps only, they do not put out any useable UVB, which is essential for the health of most reptiles.
